Return and refund policy
At VetMD, we go above and beyond to ensure every customer (and every pet!) is completely satisfied.
If something isn’t right, please review our simple policy below.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
If you’d like to make a change or cancel, please email us as soon as possible at support@tryvetmd.com.
After 24 hours, your order will likely have already left our warehouse and cannot be changed or cancelled.
EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, in most cases we can offer a free replacement or exchange without requiring a return.
To qualify for a free replacement or exchange:
- It must be within 30 days of receiving your order.
- It must be the first replacement or exchange for that order.
Free replacements or exchanges are limited to one per order and can be for the same product or another of equal or lesser value.
To request a replacement or exchange, simply email support@tryvetmd.com with your order number and reason for exchange or replacement.
✅ Your first exchange is always 100% free.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
For security reasons, we are unable to issue refunds via bank transfer, Venmo, or check.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / REFUND
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be:
- The same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING COST
VetMD covers return shipping costs for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged or incorrect items
Simply send a photo or short video of the issue to support@tryvetmd.com, and we’ll send a free return label or replacement immediately.
For returns due to personal preference or incorrect selection, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
